We offer inspections free of charge for engines that are rebuilt. In the slim unfortunate event that your engine is not able to be rebuilt, we can source core parts for purchase. If you would like a basic inspection and tear down and not proceed with the engine rebuild, our charge is $750.00. The engine will not be re-assembled.
Customers must establish contact prior to shipping. Purchase of the desired engine rebuild stage in full is required before work begins. Shipping to or from our facility is not included. Long blocks are to be delivered to us without accessories. Accessories include: Oil Filter Housing, Water Pump, Power Steering Pump, A/C Compressor, Alternator, Accessory brackets, Oil Cooler, Exhaust Manifolds, Engine Mounts, Knock Sensors, intake manifolds, Fuel Rail's & lines, Injectors, Coil Packs, and Cam Sensors. Spark plugs can be left in the engine, but rebuilds will not include spark plugs.
On all of our EA839 rebuild stage options, we include a upgraded Supertech HD valve spring kit. We feel these are needed to be replaced regardless of power goals due to the amount of failures we come across. 2018-2019~ models with a old style rocker arm will be forced to upgrade to the latest revision at a charge of $850 which will be invoiced after teardown.
We offer a 12 month warranty for any of our stage engine builds. We do not warranty tuning/fueling/maintenance related damage to the engines. Please ensure you are using new fuel injectors on all engine rebuilds as we do not cover fuel injection related failures. Our warranty does not cover any labor or parts to install/remove the engine from the vehicle or transportation to our facility. All warranty work is only available at our facility. Inspections on any warranty work are free of charge regardless if the engine is warrantied or not. Any approved warranty work will include free shipping back to customers located within the continental USA.

AMTuned Sleeved Engine STAGE 0:. TURN AROUND TIME IS ABOUT 10-12 WEEKS AFTER PASSED INSPECTION.
- Fully re-sleeved block with straight cut factory style sleeves, finished with a plateau hone which requires virtually no break in time.
- Final bore finishing with torque plate.
- Complete timing service utilizing OEM & OE parts.
- Supertech HD Valve Spring Package
- Cylinder head refresh including cleaning and inspection. Replacement items include new rockers regardless of year/model, new guides, upgraded valve guide seals, and gaskets. Valves will be tested to ensure they are true, replacement valves will be invoiced as needed. Cylinder head mating surface will be skimmed to ensure optimal sealing during install. Valve seats will be cut, and assembled heads are pressure tested.
- Replacement items include main bearings, connecting rod bearings, piston rings, all engine o-rings, gaskets, and seals, timing tensioners/rails, valve guides, valve guide seals, TTY bolts.
AMTuned Engine Stage 1: For those that want stronger pistons, and head studs to push past some factory limits while having more safeguards. Turn around time is about 12-15 weeks after passed inspection. Includes everything in our Stage 0 package with the addition of:
- JE Pistons AMTuned Spec 9.5:1 Compression Ratio
- Wagner Pro Series Head Studs
AMTuned Engine Stage 2: For those looking to run large custom power adders. Turn around time is about 12-15 weeks after passed inspection. Includes everything in our Stage 0 package with the addition of:
