Bare block sleeving for the Audi EA825 series engines with the 86.01mm bore. This sleeving service instals an LA sleeve iron ductile sleeve and is finished to the factory bore size. The material works perfect with OE and aftermarket ring packs. Final bore finish is performed with torque plate installed. turn around time of 2 - 3 weeks once block is received.
blocks are to be shipped to us bare, without balance shafts and oil squirters. The main caps must be included with a set of used large main cap bolts. Shipping to and from our location is not included in pricing. We recommend securing the block very well to a pallet and using www.goship.com for rates. A lift gate service is required at our location.
