Standard Inconel
Supertech manufactures a variety of high performance Inconel valves for many applications. These valves are manufactured from a Nickel base super alloy material (Inconel 751 or Nimonic 80A) this material is chosen because it is designed to withstand very high temperatures. These valves feature a one-piece forging, hardened tip, and our “superfinish” stem.
Our Inconel valves are extremely popular choice for turbo and supercharged applications.
Sodium Inconel
Supertech sodium filled valves are made of a superior Nickel based alloy (Inconel 751 / Nimonic 80A). We specifically choose this material because this alloy offers a significant reduction in valve head temperatures. A cooler valve improves the material strength and increases the durability while allowing the tuner more flexibility and a wider range of spark timing advances. Combine that with an average weight reduction of 10% and there isn’t a cooler valve on the market. Our sodium filled valves are a great choice for today’s modern turbo engines.
